Arnica Allay can be used preventatively to aid body and soul to maintain equanimity, as well as when there is specific pain and injury. Arnica is known traditionally for its many anti-inflammatory and analgesic qualities, as well as for promoting tissue regeneration. It is used in herbal and homeopathic practices to provide restoration from many kinds of bodily traumas, such as bruises, sprains, contusions, various forms of myalgia, hyperextensions, sports injury and recovery from surgery. On a more subtle level, Arnica Allay helps the soul to reestablish its balance and equilibrium from any kind of physical or psychic trauma.
Please note: Arnica in any form can cause an adverse reaction if applied to open cuts or wounds, or in cases of acute hypersensitivity in the skin (such as dermatitis). However, compresses can be applied over properly bandaged areas when there is need of pain relief and regeneration.
Flower essences: Alpine Aster, Arnica, Chrysanthemum, Indian Pink, Impatiens, and Star of Bethlehem
Essential oils: Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Vetiver, Rose, Palmarosa, Cistus and Helichrysum

Arnica Allay Works So Fast review by Dr. Murphree DC on 3/30/2018
My patients love this Arnica Allay! It works so fast for them. I rub this on a tight spot of their muscles during a treatment, or rub their Achilles tendon with it after a sports injury and instant relief comes to that area of injury. It reminds me of other formulas that I have had success with from FES. This one does not have camphor, menthol, or some other off putting smell so patients can return to their lives with an option that no one has to know is on them. I also like the bath option of using the Arnica Allay and then applying to area that needs energetic attention and wrapping a warm towel around it for a few minutes. Such a joy to have alternatives in healing!
